Whether you are coming to Shamrock Animal Hospital for a routine visit, a sick pet visit or an emergency, our reception team takes immense pride in getting to know you, your pets and anything that is necessary to ensure that, from the very beginning, your visit to our hospital starts on a very high note.
If you have brought your dog in, we will check his or her weight on the scale, confirm all of your contact details and ask you a few initial questions to ensure that your time in the office is efficient, effective and consistent with your expectations and the Shamrock Living promise.
After “the formalities” are taken care of, it is not uncommon for the conversation to start flowing. Some clients have been visiting Shamrock for over 25 years and have gotten to know Liz Lauterbock well enough to consider her part of the family. Chances are, if you are from the local area and we don’t already know you, we probably know someone that you know! Liz, Crystal, Mona & the rest of the Shamrock Living team have even gotten to know what cars our clients drive and are waiting and ready for them when they walk through the door.
First time visitors to the hospital will immediately begin to understand that our mission is to provide personalized, compassionate and friendly care to your pet.
We are very proud of our staff and know that, from the first smile when you walk into our lobby, you will feel confident that you are getting the very best care possible.
